Trip to Staten Island Children's Museum

Yesterday the Yiladim went on a wonderful trip
to the Staten Island Children's Museum.
They really enjoyed seeing all the wonderful things,
such as the boats, Going fishing, and many more things.

Learning the Shape of "Triangle"

This past week the Yiladim learned all about the shape of Triangle.
Here are lots of fun things we did with that shape:
*Cookie Triangles and even got to share some with the Kindergarten.
*Big Triangle Collage we decorated together.
*Decorated our Triangles with lots of Triangle stickers.
*Made Triangles out of pretzels and marshmallow fluff.
Wow! What a fun week we had with our Triangles!!!

"Living Things Can Grow and Change"

The Yeladim are learning how "Living Things Can Grow and Change". The Yeladim had Catterpillars in our class room and they grew and turned into gorgous Butterflies.Then it was time to let them go and fly away. We grew some more and have them to enjoy now. Here are some pictures of the the Yiladim letting the Butterflies go, and how they even got to enjoy creating their own butterflies with sequinces.

Our Trip To Prospect Park Zoo

This past Wednesday May June 2, The Yiladim went to the Prospect Park Zoo and got to do many fun things: We got to feed the Sheep, Goats, and Cows. We saw different size Monkeys. We got to see many Fish and Sea Lions. We had a great time at the zoo!!!

The Yeladim are having so much fun learning all about Caterpillars. Today the Yeladim went searching for Caterpillars in the sand table; but instead of sand there was foam peices. The Yeladim had so much fun trying to find all the Caterpillars!

They Yeladim had such a blast water painting their very own caterpillars.
Today the Yeladim learned that caterpillars can only eat special food like leaves, other wise they will get sick!
